Description

Unsanitary conditions. Loud noises, dumping. More and more homeless are moving to this lot off of Lakeshore and they are a nuisance to actual neighbors. Having them live in the park is a better solution to actual tax payers. They even wave at your window. Libby doesn't have this in her neighborhood
