Regardless of how many quarters you put in these meters, the time runs out before it should. On several occaisions I have put 4 quarters in the meter, this should give me at least 2 hours? NO, after 1 & 1/2 hours my time has expired. Why? Maybe so the city can collect the parking money and the money for tickets issued. With all the drug dealing and thugs in town I would the city to use my tax dollars to fix the meters and spend the police hours chasing real crime, not punishing people trying to stay in shape at the gym and support a very worthy organization.
