Service Request number W051808-060713 has been closed/completed. The Parks and Recreation Department advises that the roadway is unpaved and the area is used to store logs, wood chips and asphalt grindings for alleys. Additionally, access to the former Recycling Center is restricted because the city currently stores numerous pieces of equipment at the site.
