Need to start taking pictures and video when you see this. I don't know if there is a town ordinance or not but the cars with no plates are illegal on any public road. This is a huge issue, as.people test driving a car are not looking out for children, pets, pedestrians or cars pulling out of side streets and driveways. They are driving an unfamiliar vehicle and are often driving it inconsistently with how they normally drive. Testing acceleration, slamming on the brakes to test the ABS system, swerving to test the handling. Often their mirrors and sear are not properly adjusted. They are distracted by features they are unfamiliar with. How do I know this? 22 years in the car business. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Test drives have no business in our neighborhood. Hopefully, somebody does not have to experience a tragedy before this is stopped.
