The alley behind this building, where Chase Ave meets the Metra tracks is filled with garbage, both in the alley and behind the Metra fencing. It's gotten so bad there are dog poop bags hanging in the trees and off the fence, there is garbage strewn all along the alley behind this property including broken glass and when you walk by at night you can hear and see MANY many rats scurrying all around.
