Due to the fact that the basketball goal is not a permanent fixture and can be moved if needed to access the fire hydrant, the situation does not represent a violation of City codes or ordinances. While a Codes Enforcement Officer has contacted the property owner as a courtesy, we cannot require removal.
Please contcat your HOA pr management company, as in many circumstances this situation would be addressed by neighborhood covenants.
