Alley Potholes- East side of MacArthur Avenue Alley at North end of alley. There are at least three potholes in the paved alley, one is approx. 16 inches across and 8 inches or more deep. Quite a hazard for vehicles. (20020900643 - Odd Side Asphalt Alley)

This situation has been formally reported to Richmond Alley Repair Mgmt (20020900285 - Even Side Gravel Alley and 20020900643 - Odd Side Asphalt Alley) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Alright this issue has been in the system for well over a year and the potholes are still there. When is this going to be taken care of? Why this was moved from one ticket to another is beyond me.

It is very frustrating. This appears to be how all alley issues are treated. Requests should not be closed in this forum until the problem has been addressed, regardless of what department is handling the issue.
