If they're going to do sidewalk dining here, then they need to NOT put that sandwichboard right in the slender remaining sidewalk space. The way they did it creates a winding obstacle course only wide enough for 1 person (0 when using wheelchairs), which is just not dignified for a heavy night time walking corridor like Bardstown Road.
