Word is from the painters of this address ( the old Sugar Room) is they are putting a bar in that space. Do they have correct permits? I did not see one permit on the building and they are supposed to be visible! I think WE all know what happened the last time an non permitted "club" occupied that space a MAN DIED. So for the sake of the neighborhood and constant complaints - WE need proof of occupation - all permits - we will not sit quietly and wait for someone else to die.
