Sharraxaadda

Every morning at this light at the intersection of Congress and River Street people that are coming from Congress continually fail to yield the right away while turning left onto the bridge cutting off everyone coming from the other direction and turning right. The people turning right clearly have the right away. Please put in a green arrow or something to stop those from turning left and nearly causing accidents on a daily basis, in additoin to angry drivers.
