people cut thru this neighborhood all the time, even though its posted on Telegraph Rd no left turns during certain times. There are many new young families with small children and every time I hear engines rev or brakes squeal I kring. And, Oh by the way Stop signs mean nothing!! God forbid you yell at one of these yahoos to slow down..they stop then to confront you!
