There is way too much speeding on Hill Street in Jessup!! Cars fly up and down all hours of the day. The speed limit is only 25 MPH!!! I have seen so many accidents that should have been avoided hence if the person was going the speed limit. Someone is going to get killed trying to cross the street or back out of their driveway. Jessup Police need to set up more speed traps and not at the Ball Park parking lot. Everyone knows thats the only place they sit on Hill Street.
