Description

There are 3 stop signs at the bottom of Hill Street and Constitution Ave in Jessup. Drivers do not obey signs and do not take turns. I see many drivers "rolling" through the stops signs and have seen many potential accidents about to happen. Need to have Jessup Police enforce the stop signs. Especially at the end of a work day around 4-6pm when there is heavy traffic.
