Several potholes in front of 4 spring Lane. I know that historically the town doesn't take care of this road because it is private. Is that still the case?
If so, could you provide an estimate of the town fixed and was paid for privately?

Depending on the degree of repair desired it could cost a few hundred dollars to $35,000 for an overlay of that section of Spring Lane. A minor repair would likely be satisfactory for the summer but would reopen next winter without a long term repair.
Per the Town Code all approvals for any work must be in writing to the Town Administrator for review.
