Description

This area of Richmond, specifically, is like it's forgotten. The roads along this entire vicinity are so bad, it's worse than some third world countries I've been to. There are more potholes than I can count - and then there are areas that seem like someone just came and dumped a cubit foot of asphalt on top of the existing asphalt and called it a day. It's RIDICULOUS.
