Shelley I agree, but have not heard any fireworks around the area lately. Did you mean to post your comment about a firework complaint in it's own thread? I am just not sure what this has to do with the graffiti issue. As for the fireworks, their is a noise ordinence I believe, which would give you reason to complain to the police department about excessive noise after hours.
