Tremendous traffic going south on Trooper Road and really difficult to make a left turn going South onto Norris Hall Lane. DO accidents need to happen to make this a safe turn? There's a lot of traffic going into Trent Manor and the Mews. Who must be notified about getting some action here?

I agree. Can' t turn into my neighborhood!
