12/18/2013 - Service Review: Richmond Tree Mgmt (20020901088) noted as of 10/24/2013 that the tree in question was removed by their contractor's crew. Richmond Sidewalk Mgmt ( 20020901089 ) noted the tree wells need repair at this location and this has been placed on the schedule to be executed tentatively before June 2017
