Q. Please describe in detail the issue.
A. "Senpai cards and anime" is actually a game room and not operating as retail or with a certificate of occupancy. their customers come over and ask to use my restrooms and park in front on my businesses reserved spots. my restaurant gets no guests because they have no where to park. why won't the city shut this down ?!
