Walk signal for crossing South Capitol St at I St can not be seen by pedestrians trying to cross from southeast to southwest corners of the street. The signal is not facing pedestrians trying to cross there but rather towards vehicles traveling North on S Capitol. Can this walk signal be adjusted for pedestrians?
