Description

Bus (S1, #6546) picked up passengers then stopped while other buses passed. Another passenger told me the bus had stopped twice before and let other buses pass. Driver did not explain to passengers. I understand if the bus needs to wait to spread out the buses, but then the driver should let the passengers know so they can switch to a different bus. Thank you.
