There is not enough workers to cover the entire city! There have been budget cuts and there are three workers doing the job of seventeen. The tax increase only helps to maintain the current level of landscape workers. It will not allow for an increase in new hires to combat these issues. I know this because i go to meetings and am involved in the city. I have public polls at shopping centers. What can be done has been done remember to close
