Description

There is a dip in the street, just off the curb in front of the residence at 7728 Garfield Avenue in Oakland that is causing water to pool in front of the residence after it rains. The remaining water that pools and is not allowed to run off into the storm drain develops an unpleasant odor, and takes several days after it rains to dry up. Please add concrete or asphalt in this area (the dip) to form a proper run off for the rain water. Thank you.
