Description

Between 4513 James Court and 4512 Clyde Street there is a drainage ditch that lines the power line right away. There is a drainage pipe entering into the ditch from Clyde street 100 yards from Greenwell Road. The outfall and ditch leading to Greenwell Road does not drain, it backs up and the ditch floods, sometimes over the power line into multiple yards with a high volume of water. This has progressively deteriorated and continues to hold water for a long time. The outfall at the pipe has been filled with sediment it seems, and blocks water from flowing towards the drainage pond by bayside rec park as it was designed to do.
