Sharraxaadda

Often when traveling eastbound on Mentor Ave, as you pass between Kohl's and Lowe's, people sit in the left lane waiting for traffic, so they can execute an illegal left turn. I've actually seen a Mentor police car stuck in traffic behind one of these drivers, but he didn't bother to ticket or pull over to reprimand the offender!! Same thing happens into the furthest east drive into Target. :-(
