  You've employed someone to "moderate" comments, deleting anything that criticizes the city's lack of actions. But it takes time to fix dangerous situations. Siutations you do not acknowledge for months. Fire your precious moderator and hire someone to actually do a real job.

  I am going to advise everyone I know that it is okay to dismantle and trash their gutters on their buildings and let water go onto public sidewalks. Since that's the case now.

  I am also thinking that this suppressoin of expression to city officials violates constiutitonally guaranteed rights to communicate with elected officials, and this website shows many instances of the city contributing to the negligence, and sometimes willful malfeasance, of property owners. Class action sounds awesome.

  I am also going to tell everyone to go walk on the sidewalk by this building and if they slip and hurt themselves, that the city doesn't care.

  You can't even decide which department handles this, you all just pass the buck around. You alll should be fired. This is just proof that a rental registry is needed since the current departments won't enforce a thing.

  My apologies, this is not a "Curb or Gutter" issue as you originally submitted. Curb & gutters in this case refers to curb and gutters along the street. I saw your May 5th comment and erroneously added it to our repair list. This stays in the Health Department's area as I assume you are referring to gutter & downspouts on a privately owned building. Thank you.
