SeeClickFix is a tool for residents to make a request to a City department for a specific item to be fixed. The system has been adjusted so that only the user who makes the initial request can comment on the request, in order to provide the department with additional information as necessary.
What is the rationale for this new policy? If other residents have corroborating information or clarifications to offer, why would you prohibit them from commenting?
