311, Why is this still open?

Tnn2012, when this happens, call police non-emergency. They’ll swing by and tell them to turn it down. Then, turn a fan on in your room to drown out the sound. :)

This is a MPD violation. Call 545-cops . Keeping calling them back when it happens. 311 code Inspectors dont even work at night.

Submit this complaint again. System failure. It didnt accept it.

This app is only to report violations that are within the city limits of Memphis & who pay Memphis city property taxes on the violation property.

All other report violations to Shelby County codes at 222-2300
