Lynnhaven & s independence

I don’t know what is going on with the traffic system but on that road going down Lynnhaven the traffic lights are terrible. We sat there for over 5 minutes in the same spot without our traffic light bothered to change once. The left turn lane changed 3 times (might I add that those left turn traffic lights are also off because they’re only green for 2.5 secs) and every other direction’s traffic light changed multiple times before our forward light even turned green once.
