It's been at least one month since I've last complained about my neighbors constantly barking dogs. For example, they have been barking nontstop this evening for the past 2+ hours... 7pm-9pm (minimum). Seriously.... this is ridiculous! I'd really hate to call the police EVERY DAY because of these dogs, but I may have to start since NOBODY has done anything to resolve this nuisance, quality of health situation. What is wrong with the people that run this city? How about I bring these dogs to bar outside YOUR window everyday??? How would you feel about that? PLEASE help fix this... I don't know how much more of this I can take!!!

While i agree that is extremely annoying, i dont think this violates any kind of laws and don't see how the police or govt. can help. I am unaware of any kind of noise ordiance that would be in affect at those times, if it was 1am it would be a different story. might be something you need to work out with the neighbors.

The neighbors put up a half-assed solid fence which prevents the dogs from randomly barking at leaves blowing in the wind. They now bark only about 5-10% of their sorry days instead of 95% of their day. Thank you for assisting in this issue. It's nice to have peace of mind again.
