While riding my bicycle in a light rain, I found I was being tailgated by a driver in what looked like a red, early 90's Toyota Corrolla. The started to blast his horn and yelled at me to 'Get out of the way'!. This harassment continued for two blocks before I had enough and pulled over, whereupon the driver made a left turn onto a side street.
