issue continues. timed the light today. 30 seconds with no turn lane traffic. 17 cars waiting between north and south bound traffic at 5:40 am. max wait is what maybe 5 min? figure 12 wasted cycles of 5 min in an hour, 10 to 40 cars waiting. hours of wasted commute time, wanted fuel, increased pollution. please fix the stuck turn signal or justify why you don't. thanks.

It is clear Monterey Park is not able or willing to resolve this. Most days I sit watching no cars trigger the signal change. We wait and wait the full duration for the cycle as the trigger is stuck
