my side walk WAS totally cleared YOUR truck 320 plowed way too fast and put snow on all sidewalks this is going to freeze and I will not clear it again... we all try to do our part but when the city has drivers that don't know what they are doing you are the failure

Thank you for your concern about sidewalk shoveling. Per City Code, property owners have 24 hours after the snow fall ends to clear their sidewalks. If they do not clear their sidewalks, then DGS will clear and bill the properties accordingly. We will start clearing sidewalks tomorrow (2/14/19).

Thank you for reporting this unshoveled or unsalted sidewalk. Since it snowed last night, the 24 hour timeframe property owners have to clear their sidewalks has reset.
