Description

The people that live at 2338 always are blocking the sidewalk and park on double line also because they do mechanic works.and dismantle cars, also they are blocking the water Hydrant they have itcovered with a trash bin upsidedown and the city is not painted red is case of a emergency fire the firefighters won't have access to the Hydrant and it is an end street and is the only Hydrant at the end
