Description

Traffic signal ALWAYS runs left turn green arrows when no cars are there what so ever! Late at night there are a minimum of cars and to sit through this frustration every time just to go east or west on shore drive is no good. No cars in turn lanes but green arrows always switch on. Please repair!!
