Description

Meridian Park: the very south end of the park near end of the spur trail someone has been periodically camped there. A sleeping pad and bag were hanging in the trees and needs to be removed and disposed of. This area should be checked periodically for garbage, etc. This is not the first time for garbage and encampments this area.

Would be nice if an aspiring Eagle Scout or some such would take on finishing this trail loop. A shame it is not used more often (legally).
