Majority of houses are unkempt. Lawns are overgrown, trash all over.
Barking dogs.

City may be low on cash, but we do have cops driving thru and they can report some of this instead of neighbors calling in and being the "bad guy".
We paid alot for our houses and now we have drug deals going on in the street, which the cops won't do anything about (we have called). Help us keep our street and Neighborhood clean and safe, Mr. Mayor
