The property has a fence covering the drainage and utility easement that was suppose to be removed. On July 5th 2017, the city had a meeting on variance request. The regrets was granted with provisions, one of the provisions was that the newly erected fence covering the utility and drainage easement be removed. To date it has not, now new construction has begun without drainage and building permits
