I called Building and Safety concerning this issue. Talked to Patty at 11:05, Wednesday. She says she will send an enforcement person out there and also alert United Water in case it's a broken pipe. I ask if it's on the demo list and the answer was no. I'm ALSO GOING TO LOOK UP THE OWNER-PROBABLY A BANK

this house used to belong to one of our city housing inspectors

not a bank, house is owned or was owned by someone who used to be a housing inspector for the city and used to write people up for messes like this
