WOW that is some kind of system you have. Thank you for spending my money wisely, and I thought you were just throwing it around. I will pass your system of functionality around to different businesses to see if they can incorporate it into their practices.
Maybe McDonald's will adopt it. I order my Mac and fries in 2014 and they start cooking it in 2016 and then I receive it in 2018 at a cost of $313, 000. If it works for the government "IT HAS TO BE RIGHT!" right??

Establishing Capital Project No. 385 – Rehabilitation Of The Sauer
Bridge (PVI) No. 70, Town Of Saugerties – Department Of Public
Works (Highways & Bridges Division)
Referred To: The Public Works and Capital Projects Committee (Chairman Fabiano
and Legislators Maloney, Roberts, Briggs and Parete) and The Ways and Means
Committee (Chairman Gerentine and Legislators Harris, Maio, Maloney, Gregorius,
Provenzano and Rodriguez)
Chairman of the Public Works & Capital Projects Committee, Dean J. Fabiano, and
Deputy Chairman John Parete offer the following:
WHEREAS, this resolution has been submitted by the County Executive on
behalf of the Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the Ulster County Commissioner of Public Works requests funds
for rehabilitation of the Sauer Bridge (Ulster County Bridge No. 70) on Glasco
Turnpike, over the Esopus Creek in the Town of Saugerties (BIN# 3346850); and
WHEREAS, the Sauer Bridge superstructure has recently deteriorated to the
point where it will soon be unsafe for the traveling public, and it is now necessary to
request funds for rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the Sauer Bridge is listed on the Transportation Improvement
Program (TIP) under PIN #8759.88 with a date to begin the engineering design phase
in 2015 and a date to begin construction in 2018; and
WHEREAS, a delay of five years to the commencement of the construction of
the project will jeopardize the safety of the travelling public, and therefore the project
should be removed from the TIP; and
WHEREAS, the Ulster County Department of Public Works intends to
contract with an outside bridge contractor for the design and the rehabilitation of the
Sauer Bridge during the current construction season by establishing a Capital Project;
