At intersection of Falls of Neuse and Wide River, going southbound, the left turn signal is obstructed by the sun at 4:37 pm. The sun is directly right behind the signal at that time so that drivers in that turn lane cannot tell when it’s green or red. This creates a dangerous situation as cars going northbound come down the hill go extremely fast. Please remedy.
