My name is Imelda Phillips. We live at 7230 Woodrow drive. There has been a tree maintenance company working on our street for several days. Today I came home to an enormous pile of woodchips blocking the road and falling down the hill next to our home. I was able to obtain the name and number of the company who was working on the area. I spoke to Sergio at 'New Sky Tree Service' who informed me that 'we' had given him permission to dump the wood chips down the hill. I found out that they had asked my husband if we wanted some extra woodchips for our yard.... We IN NO WAY gave them permission to dump an entire truck load of woodchips in the middle of the street and down the slope! This is an extreme fire hazard! When we asked them to clean it up they could not give us a firm answer as to when this could be done. I have also reported this to the fire department. This has also been a health issue as my son suffers from asthma and the dust from the chips has increased his symptoms. We would like for them to remove the debris from the street as well as from the slope where they have started to dump. The phone numbers for the company are 888-459-0737 and 510- 856-8296.
