This is my third attempt at getting something done about this issue, very frustrating. Things are being dumped in the yard of this condemed home. At one time I was told that the house was going to be demolished, but just recently told that it was not going to be demolished. Can someone help! I don't have a problem with the house not being demolished if someone is going to do something with it. At this time people are in and out of the rear of the house and you never know what to expect from this area. I've seen children coming in and out of the yard and it's very dangerous for those of us who live near this property. Not to speak of the rodents and other things that may be on this site. Something needs to be done very soon!! I've included some pictures this time to see if it will possibly spark some interest.

Jason: you should do a story about all of the condemned properties in Church Hill, North Church Hill and Union Hill and how the City is being very slow to do much of anything to abate them after citing them and condemning them.

Jason, it may not look bad to you, but you don't live near this property. I also could not get the other photo's posted so this is a portion of the problem. The other piece of this issue is the number of people that come in and out of this property. Also, why do we have to wait until things get out of hand or someone gets hurt before things are done; what's wrong with being proactive. I don't mean to seem harsh Jason, but it seems that nothing is getting done, I also agree with Brett that something needs to be done about the issues in our neighborhood.

Brett, this is crazy! every time something different, but nothing gets done. I'm beginning to regret purchasing in this area.

Leizer Coleman please supply me with instructions on how to get this under code enforcement. Is there an email, phone number or form that I need to use. I'm new to the area and not sure how this all works.
