A repair was made on a manhole 6 to 7 months ago. It was patched up. Hole appeared again. Then a water main broke. 3 weeks ago. Area flooded. That leak got fixed. With a whole new part of the street. They left a big ol orange block (Its still there) The original pot hole from man hole got bigger. They could have fixed it.
