I have a handicapped person in a wheelchair who lives on the block and it is difficult for her to cross the street in the pedestrian walkways because two cars PA lic# HZP 4117 (this car also has a fire rescue emblem on the back of the car window) and EV 73791 continue to park in the crosswalk making it difficult for the handicap in wheelchairs to cross the street at the corner so she has to ride her wheelchair down to the next corner which is out of the way. I have sent memos to the residents of the block pertaining to this matter but the problem still continues
