Bicycles should be permitted in the traffic lanes under the Plaza, on the Arterial and across the Dunn Bridge. The only reasonable explanation they are not allowed is that traffic is too fast. The simple solution to that would be enforcing the 30 mph limit as the painted sign under the Plaza claims is "strictly" done. The current lawlessness here has created a situation where driving under 50 causes road rage.
