Newly added cement on the corner of Elliot/Mable behind warehouse is altering the drainage design for this block. Storm water is flooding and ponding this area. This new slab is installed on public right of way and being used for commercial private use. It robs the community of street parking. City inspectors please make sure the proper drainage plans/ civil plans have been submitted and that all city codes are being consistently enforced.
