Description

Every morning around 530am (I'm guessing when lights are still on night cycle) the lights on Glenwood turn red and stay red for several minutes, while traffic on Marriott Drive and traffic coming out of the mall have the green light. At that time of morning there is no traffic coming from Marriott or the mall.
