Description

The individual in this van parked illegally in the lot beneath highway 580 near the Grand Lake farmers market. It completely blocked the pedestrian access to and from the parking lot. The hood was left open as a decoy; pretending that the vehicle was disabled. When the driver saw me writing this report, she returned to the vehicle, closed the hood, started the engine, and drove away. Please send her a written warning that her tactic is not legal.
