This is bad, and the 1400 block of Kipling is possibly worse. They're both disgraceful.

1100-1400 Kipling is beyond needing patch jobs. The street has deteriorated to a level that requires stripping what little pavement is left and re-milling and resurfacing. The City of Houston has willfully neglected this area for too long.
